How It Works

1Set a 6-character string before the round starts. It plays next round.
2Each round has 6 segments. Every eligible swap nudges the active segment's digit upward.
3When a segment ends, its character locks — randomized within its type (a letter stays a letter, a number stays a number), so you can aim the class but not the exact character. The next segment becomes active.
4After all 6 segments, the 6 locked digits form the winning string. Exact match wins the pot.
5Your ticket principal stays withdrawable for 4 rounds after your last eligible round; while active it earns yield that grows the pot. Winners claim their prize within 2 rounds of the match — a missed prize recycles into the pot, your principal stays yours, and if you win near the end your refund window starts after your claim window closes. Replacing a ticket concedes the old one; its principal carries to the new ticket.

Every step above — settling, recording, paying — is executed by open-source, permissionless smart contracts. Anyone can trigger settlement; no operator touches the funds.
